"Suit Yourself" - Three log package sizes to choose from - each package builds on the next! Interior Full Logs can be added or deleted from our packages. Interior logs will add cost to our packages, however; it reduces your overall cost because of the reduction of adding conventional materials & labor costs.
Starter Log Package:
- Construction Drawings
- Amber Gables Log Home Construction Guide
- Norway & Northern pine kiln-dried logs, perimeter walls to 8' height
(Interior log walls included if shown on Construction Drawings). All logs milled/molded as per our Hi-Tech Log wall system, kiln-dried, precision machined double tongue & groove interlocking connection and saddlenotch corners. Logs are pre-cut, pre-lettered and pre-drilled to accept thru-bolt rods and tension springs.
- Thru-bolt hardware and gaskets needed for log wall construction
- Technician on site for 1 day (support for log wall construction)
- Shipping to most locations included in price. Actual shipping costs may be adjusted based on delivery location.
Complete Log Package - includes everything in the Starter Log Package PLUS:
- Norway & Northern pine veneer log siding for exterior gable ends and dormers
- Norway & Northern pine vertical full log corners on dormers
- Norway & Northern pine full log interior and exterior structural posts
- Norway & Northern pine veneer log siding for interior great room gable end
- Norway & Northern pine gable entry pre-assembled log truss (if shown on construction drawings)
- Technician on site for 2 additional days (support for log wall construction)
Shell-In Package - includes everything in the Complete Log Package PLUS:
- First and second floor/sub-floor system and framing
- First and second floor interior wall framing
- Second floor exterior wall framing
- Roof framing and sheathing
- Porch floor and roof framing per construction drawings
- Exterior windows and doors
- Aluminum soffit and cedar fascia
